I have edited this review. You can see the original at the bottom. Less than a year out my HVAC stopped working while I was trying to sell my house. My realtor turned off the switch as explained to the company and reinstalled the thermostat. It did not turn back on because he forgot to flip the switch. As I was not in Dodge city I called the company to look at the hvac system to see why it turned off in the first place and to get it running. They told me I was covered under warranty and it would be about 90 dollars with travel to spearville to take a look at it. First the repairman gets lost and tries to enter someone else's house. Then I'm told they just flipped the switch back on and it's working properly. I was later told they changed the filter and cleaned the coils. When I got the bill they had charged me about 180 almost double what the original amount was supposed to be. There was an admittedly heated discussion because that is not the amount we discussed. I was told the manager would get back to me when they could. An hour or so after that I got a message from my realtor letting me know a lien would go against my house and they had sent him my bill as well. As I needed to sell my home I went ahead and paid for the bill. While their initial service was good, this is unacceptable! I didn't mind paying the agreed upon amount. This follow up ruined a perfectly good experience that quite frankly makes it impossible to recommend them. If I wasn't lucky enough to have the money to pay it off right away, it would have affected the sale of my home due to their mistake. Beware before you use them. They are great when they are getting paid but will turn around and bleed money if you aren't careful. If you must use them get EVERYTHING in writing and make sure you are clear on any super fine print. End edit. These guys were life savers! Especially Dustin who got my ac up and running in record time. Even though they had to work late to finish installing my new unit they made sure to get the job done and now a day later it is still cooling great. NOT only did I get great customer service but the whole company was helpful in guiding me in who to contact when I needed answers. Financing was a breeze (pun intended) and they were very honest and upfront about cost and time to get things in. A great company I will recommend to anyone needing hvac help in the dodge city area. As of now the heater won't turn on but they are coming back out to check that later. As their service has been great I am keeping it at five stars and will update when the heat is on. If they continue this great customer service I will be using them for my future needs! Update. As of August 17 Dustin got the heater up and running. Not only is my system running great for ac but the customer service of this business is absolutely astounding!
