I have never been to a dentist office as inviting as First Dental. The staff are caring, polite, and professional. The equipment used is state of the art. I had a deep cleaning and 2 stainless steel caps replaced. All within the same day! Ayme the dental assistant was great. The hygienist Becca was easy going. Becca did a wonderful job deep cleaning my teeth. Ryan the dentist was very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done. I could not be happier with the results. I look forward to coming back to First Dental in Dodge city, KS. Thank you, Jeff

February 11, 2021. After calling to schedule an appointment for my husband, I received a message at 5:41 PM confirming an appointment for myself instead. Despite providing my husband's details, they still made the appointment for me. Later, when they called me at 6:01 PM and hung up, I tried calling back 20 times, but a woman rudely claimed it was a wrong number and hung up without letting me speak. This level of rudeness and unprofessional service is unacceptable. January 24, 2024: During my 3-year-old son's appointment, the hygienist asked me if I had other children and I answered that I had 3 children. She asked if my son was the youngest, despite my young age of 21. It felt disrespectful, and I wonder why they were more interested in questioning me instead of focusing on their professional duties.
