Very disappointed in the customer service at this specific Martin Marietta quarry. Every other location from Lawrence, Ks to Greenwood, Mo we use is polite and cordial. When I pulled in to pick up gravel this morning and accidentally went to the wrong pile I was first chastised by the loader operator and then had to listen to him talk on the radio about how I didnt even know what quarry I was in as he loaded out the other drivers. When I finally was loaded I scaled out a ton lighter than what I requested which happens on occasion but seemed intentional. I spoke to the Scalehouse afterward rather than arguing over the radio and was told Sorry if you were offended . I hate to be the person that complains but this is not an isolated event. Its very frustrating as a customer (spending tens of thousands a year) trying to be the bigger person to be disrespected and then given an off handed apology like Im a sad victim for asking a question about material location.
