We had an excellent experience with Rob from Air Care Systems. He really listened to our needs, considered our budget and created a multi stage plan to improve our commercial heating and cooling system. Rob made sure that we had options, understood the options and then did the complete install in 2 days. Since then, he has returned when the system had a minor break down and made all the repairs along with his free service call. Great guy, trustworthy, hardworking and dependable. Rob has come to our rescue more than once. During a cold snap back in April 2021, our heat quit working. A quick call to Air Care Systems, and Rob had it fixed in no time! We used Air Care Systems again in June 2021. With the hot Kansas summers, our second floor regularly runs into the 80s making it unbearably hot. After getting recommendations from Rob, we elected to get a Mini Split system installed. Best decision we could have made! Rob is caring, through, efficient and professional. Weve been incredibly impressed by his knowledge and understanding of products. This guy knows his stuff! Our family will definitely use Air Care Systems for all our needs going forward, and I regularly recommend him to others.
