Very unhappy with their customer service. I had a simple question about one of their properties and nobody reached out to me, despite the fact that I was trying to alert them to serious scams being undertaken on their properties. They also seem to list their properties under a rabbit hole of holding companies. I had to contact not one, not two, but three other agencies to eventually get to the supposed agent for one of their properties. I am not sure what is going on here, but I would steer clear. Seems like a lot of fishy practices going on.

Heather was amazing! She went above and beyond to make what can be a scary and overwhelming process into an enjoyable experience. As first time home buyers, she helped us understand the entire process and was so understanding of our schedules. She was willing and able to arrange spur of the moment showings. The part that really got us was she interacted with our 6-year like he was the most important person. He loved that too. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Kind and smart! I don't think I will ever be able to thank Heather enough!

Heather Frank is one of the best to sell your house. She's sold 2 of our houses so far and both to the first lookers! She's efficient, problem solving, helps you when you need it, professional, knows the ropes, and gets the job done. Thank you so much for everything you put into doing this.
