These guys are awesome to work with. As a REALTOR, my clients often ask me for recommendations for various contractors, and these guys are always at the top of my list for home repair and remodeling. I've recommended them for several clients, and everyone who used them couldn't have asked for better service, quality, or timely service.
Yesterday, an appraiser identified an issue for an FHA loan on one of my listings. These guys responded and corrected the issue within a few hours. I sent completed photos to the appraiser, and she said the work looked "perfect."
I'm not gonna say they are the least expensive company out there, but they are far less expensive than the second contractor you would have to call out to correct the work your bargain contractor messed up. Skip the headache and extra cost of hiring two contractors... just talk to these guys first so you can save time and money while avoiding headache and stress.
