Took me time to decide if and how to respond to such ridiculousness. We started this company with our small life savings and a credit card. Worked out of our house, 1 vehicle and a storage unit. We gave everything we could to a small group of dedicated employees. But, giving raises, vehicles with gas cards, benefits (that were actually declined) prevailing wage projects, vacation, sick and holiday pay, gifts, boots, bonuses, phone allowances, paid lunches, parties, camaraderie, friendship, sense of family and a lifetime of training is sometimes never enough. Although, we strive to make "Fiancée's" happy, when you delete their condescending posts on FB they tend to go where they cannot be deleted in an attempt to "get back" at a small American business this country was founded on and have no idea what it takes to run. We appreciate all feedback even the ones which have nothing to do with us, and everything to do with them. We are overjoyed he has moved on and found true happiness.
