Horrible customer service!!!! Had them come out on 4-8-24 to inspect and snake my clean out. When they attempted to force water thru, the house backed up with sewage covering the bathroom along with 2 bedrooms and closets. Have attempted to get this resolved now for several days and can not get a phone call returned or at least a apology.

They arrived on time and worked late to finish the job. They were polite and professional. They replaced around 160 feet of line and worked diligently. I appreciate their hard work and effort.

I hired this company to replace a sewer main at a rental property. They left a massive amount of dirtwork in the back yard and said they'd be back in about a week to level it out. I went ahead and rented a skid steer and got it leveled out before they were supposed to come back. I called them and let them know that I took care of the leveling out the yard. I simply asked that they adjust the final bill by $200 bucks (cost of skid steer rental). They didn't adjust the final bill. Receptionist/phone person was rude. I won't be using this company for any future plumbing jobs and would recommend to anyone else not to use them. Much better options out there.
