Absolutely kicking myself for not contacting Matthew and changing insurance carriers sooner. That's thousands and thousands of dollars that I'll never get back. The first word that pops into my head when I think about my experience with Matthew at Risk Management, is WOW! I mean, WOW in service, WOW in knowledge, WOW in working in a timely fashion, WOW with saving me $60 per month with my car and renters insurance, WOW in overall satisfaction with my first contact, to the last.
