UPDATE! I initially wrote the review below because it was all true. We had to reach out to them over the winter because the surface was very slick and dangerous despite applying salt. When we contacted the, they were quick to respond and offered a solution to upgrade the grit level. The techs who came and re-did the sidewalk said this has been an issue and they stopped using that product. Again, super happy with the speediness to resolve the issue and at no cost. Sadly, the next day I realized that the finish is very dull in large areas and shiny in others. When I contacted them I was told to see if it blends over the next few months. The thing is, that was never going to happen and they knew that. Crazy they have done such an amazing job up to this point and to just not respond back and leave it like this. So, here I am having to retract the glowing review I felt they deserved initially only to end up with the poor workmanship and very odd looking sidewalk. Not even sure what to do about it at this point. Great company to work with. It's rare to find this level of customer service in any industry. From our sales rep Kevin to the owner Jesse and everyone in between was outstanding.. On time for every appointment. Excellent communication. Their crew who came and did the work were incredible! Most importantly, the end result came out amazing! Thank you!
