My husband and I cant say enough positive things about our TCM, Katie Graham at Individual Advocacy! The owner, Malon Harbert is very knowledgeable and professional. Malon assists Katie when needed in problem solving. Our child needed to immediately leave a long term placement which included day and residency programs in 2022.
Katie set up tours and helped us find a safe places for our child to live, learn, play and grow. We highly recommend Individual Advocacy for Targeted Case Management! Our adult child has many special requirements. Katie Graham worked to exceed every expectation outlined. The Plan of Care for our child is updated when needed.
Lastly, the Individual Advocacy team are easy to work with and consider your child the most important case. We have never felt ignored or unimportant while working with Individual Advocacy. We did not find this with several other TCMs who worked for larger agencies in the Wichita, Kansas area.
