        Staff, facilities, apartment, and everything are all highly rated in our eyes. Maintenance is prompt. Office staff is always on it when it comes to issues, and theyre extremely friendly. You get what you pay for is true with this apartment complex. The price is worth it for safe, comfortable, updated apartment living. To top it off, they celebrate holidays, and events by giving residents gifts REGULARLY and sharing quarterly events in an email of the neighborhood! WE LOVE SUNSTONE! (We are a family of four. Two kids under 7.)

        Came in and loved the tour experience! Cody offered me a beverage, showed me all the highlights of the community and made me really fall in love with Sunstone. I cant wait to move here in August!

        Miss the old maintenance woman, she knew what she was doing and now it's been iffy here for the last couple of months. We all know she wasn't let go because she didn't do her job well, she was amazing. Edit: They made ADA apartments rent almost double, claiming it was luxury to not have to climb stairs. It's an apartment for disability. We have multiple disabled people in our family, one person with cerebral palsy, and the other osteoarthritis. Not climbing stairs isn't a luxury is a necessity and this newer owners broke federal law. Luckily, we've moved. Also, the old maintenance woman they fired, they fired her because she didn't "fit their views," aka they discriminated against her for being a lesbian. And the whole place fell into disarray without her. Edit 2: They tried to make us pay for the tornado damage from last year, that we reported and they tried to lie and say we didn't report. Did they think we'd just delete our personal records? Also do they think we can control the weather? I lost everything I owned because of the water damage. Wish we never moved there, or atleast moved awaybefore new management took over.
