Wife and I went to order rock and planter soil. We also told them we needed everything put in place. A week later we prepaid for what we thought was everything. 3 weeks later without any return calls we tried to get our money back. Wife was told there would be a 20% restocking fee was we waited another 2 weeks before we got a call stating they would deliver. On delivery day the workers weren't told anything about putting rock in place and had to call office. They did a good job spreading. But, we only got half the soil.. A week later we got a bill for the labor which we thought was included. We did get charged for all the soil, but they fixed it before we paid the labor. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING UP FRONT, including all materials, labor and timing.
