Seriously top-notch service. I'm new to the area and needed a specific color of rose on short notice late in the day. The owner literally went out of there way and came back into work to ensure I got my flowers. Above & beyond kindness and thoughtful customer support. Flowers were perfect, competitively priced, and the service was the best example of the quality you get from a small town in southern Iowa. Will only get my flowers from this shop in the future.

Although I had some issues with the floral delivery I ordered, it was taken care of in the best way possible. Very pleased with the customer service.

I was across the country and it was someone very special to me birthday today. Caitlyn was able to get me a great bouquet for a good price and delivered with a personal handwritten message within a half hour of making the order. Wonderful and kind customer service and unbelievably quick, thank you !
