I was in today looking to purchase some new leggings and found myself really disappointed in both the selection and the customer service. The plus size selection is really lacking. But the customer service was even worse. There were 3 or 4 people working and not one person greeted or acknowledged me. Never once asked if I needed help or wanted a dressing room. I finally decided that if they couldnt even acknowledge me then they also didnt need my business.

It worked with this company for a few years, and I know that their miles and values were much higher than what I received Saturday when I was in the store. Not only was, Im not graded. Were all busy doing something or talking on their headset. Then my child was denied access to the restroom and to top it off the sales associate Bradley told me that I couldnt return my pants because they looked worn and they didnt return worn items. As I assured her that they were not worn, she did give a long, exhale And told me that she would return them, but moving forward the company no longer return items that are worn. I understand the change in policy, but definitely do not agree with the verbiage and the way she handled the situation. And making me feel uncomfortable.

Im sure theres a reason for the store being closed, but if youre going to stand by the door with your back to it at 5pm in the afternoon you could have the common courtesy to apologize through the door or leave a note instead of blatantly ignoring customers. Rude. I have worked in customer service for years and I would never dream treating customers that way.
