I've tried and tried to patronize this location, but nearly each time I visit to make a purchase, I'm treated with a lack of respect by the manager. It's like visiting a Walmart, instead of GAP, which I hold to a higher standard.

6/21/22: Next time a supervisor at Gap, 101 Jordan Creek Pkwy Suite 12072, West Des Moines, IA 50266 has a personal personnel-related conversation, perhaps it should NOT occur on the floor where customers can hear it. They were so into their unacceptable conversation that they did not ask me, the customer, if I needed anything. Yes, I did say something to them about moving their conversation to off the floor. #tacky #unwelcoming
