Here's my experience with TD exteriorEarlier that dayI noticed that they wasPutting gutters on the houseNext door to meLater that day I heard a loud crashLike something fell off a wallOr cabinetI looked around my homeDownstairs upstairsIn the house garageAnd even on the deck to see whatI did not find anythingThen I noticedThe TV screenIt saidDirecTV has lost its signalCode 771I went Outdoors to look at myDirecTV dishI noticed a mark on theHD dishAndBrokenPlasticAnd the downspoutWas all dented upI just had leafguard and downspouts put onLess than 6 monthsI asked one of the workers ifHis ladder fell on my houseHe kept saying noIt then went to the other workerTo ask him if the ladder fell on my homeHe came back and said yes the ladder did fall on myHouseBut they would take care of itI asked him why they didn't come to my doorAnd tell me that the ladder fell on my houseI don't think that worker understood what I was sayingNeither one would give me their nameOnly Christie'sPhone numberWhich I called and talked to herShe said they would take care of itIt's been over a month nowI had the leaf guard crew come backAnd repair itThe DirecTV HD desk has been replacedYou be surprised how much those costBut they're taking a little bit out each month till I get it paid offHere's what I take away from this experienceI would never use a company like thisIf I hadn't been homeAnd heard the noiseI strongly feelThatThe workers would have finished their job packed upAnd drove awayAnd I would never have knownWhat hadCaused the TV toGo black screenThe owner of the company never calledChristy kept saying she would take care of itBut never didIt was an accidentButBy not coming to my door and telling me what had happenedIt turned into something elseAnd they just packed up and drove away
