West Des Moines OBGYN Associates, PC

My husband and I quickly chose West Des Moines OBGYN following many referrals from our close friends. Absolutely love our experience here. I think trust is a big thing for us, and thats exactly how we feel everytime we come here for appointments. From the front dest ladies to our ultrasound tech, nurses and doctors, our experience so far have been amazing. The staff always greet us with smiles, and you can tell everyone loves working here! The wait might be a bit long in between a few appointments, but well worth it. Im half way through the pregnancy with our first child, and will plan on coming back for my other checkups & future kids. Thank you for everything you do!

Im seeing this trend in a few reviews, so its not just me. I had a standard appointment at 2:30 pm today and waited 52 minutes either in the lobby or the room. I saw a doctor or nurse for 8 minutes of hour I was there. There was no mention at any point that the doctor was running behind. I just sat there waiting. Maybe appointments early in the day would help avoid excessive waiting?

I have had the most amazing experience with this place! Every single doctor Ive met with has been the most kind, helpful and understand doctor Ive ever had! Their staff is top tier! Through the good and the bad theyve stuck with us through it all being the best doctors office Ive ever been with! I 100% recommend them and will 100% be coming back!
