        Claims process is abysmal. Relative passed away 6 months ago still waiting for the money to be transferred over.

        Lost a 7k 401k roll over check in 2015 and funds were not in market for over 90 days. Did not roll over another account I completed the paper work for in 2015. Bad experience from opening to closing of the accounts. Just learned they can raise your annually fees without notice.
