        We spent 5 hours in this store to switch from a different provider. They assigned us a business account instead of a customer account and added a third line and insurance without asking. Manager was unhelpful and staff seemed uninterested.

        My husband and I walked into this store 02/26/25 11ish am and highly regret it. We were going to buy a new phone and the person assisting us said I still owed part of my phone, he didnt bother to check their system properly until he was told several times it was paid off and he finally confirmed it. Next we moved to trying to buy an iPhone and he wouldnt just let us buy the iPhone. He said we had to buy a phone case or charging port like we had no choice. Then he continued to try to sell us the lower storage phone for the same price as the higher one. At this point my husband was irritated and the MANAGER raised his voice at my husband to make him understand. My husband told him he didnt have to raise his voice and he wasnt going to buy all the extras and we left. This was an absolute disaster and its hard to believe they treat people the way they treated my husband. We left down to the Apple store where we ended up buying a new phone with no pressure to buy anything else. We have been customers of sprint/tmobile for 16 years and this is the first time someone treated us so poorly. I called T-mobile to report this nonsense.
