        So disappointed!! Took my granddaughter here for the first time for her birthday and they were closed. The hours said they were open but the doors were closed! Staff was standing in there with the lights off. I dont live near the city and have to drive a little over an hour. With all the horrible weather we have been having this was the first time I could get to DSM. I always took my daughter for her birthday and I wanted to start this with my granddaughter.

        My friend and I went. The line took forever, but otherwise it's just what you would expect from Build-A-Bear. I didn't get anything, but my friend was very happy with her plush.
