My wife and I were looking to put an addition on our home and Andrew was patient in the process. He presented us with realistic numbers of what the project would cost, knowing it was out of reach. He was professional when my reaction to the number was less than ideal. Andrew took the time to give us guidance and showed value in his knowledge of the current state of the industry. If you are looking for a builder, give Alair a look. They will educate you on the process and ultimately give a better perspective, as it it not always clear on the buyers end.

Crown Homes did a great job building our 4 Season Porch Addition. They completed the job quicker than planned and kept us well appraised of their activities through the process. I will contact Crown homes for future building projects.

We had a fantastic experience working with Crown Homes. I had prior experience with remodels on our own homes, so I knew what to expect. But, this was particularly importantly - it was a remodel for my mother-in-law to allow her to stay in her home. It required reworking the first floor to re-purpose a family room into a bedroom and add a full bath. In addition, we replaced the flooring on the entire first floor and added a new rear entrance. We wanted to make sure, when it was done, that it looked like it should have always been that way. And, it did! Every step of the process went seamlessly and with a consistent high level of quality. Even though most of our interaction had to be remote (I live in a different state), I received updates (and pictures documenting the progress) nearly every day. They completed the remodel in record time, allowing my mother-in-law to be back in her home by Thanksgiving. If I could give Crown Homes more than 5 stars I would. Fantastic team and great job!

I recently had a front porch collapse and they were professional in all aspects of getting my house put back together. From the original visit for the quote, to the guys that did the cement and carpentry work, and the guy who is literally finishing up painting my posts as I type, my new porch looks amazing! Best of all, the price stayed on budget! So thankful for their help. I would highly recommend them!
