I had some extremely important files on my hard drive and it was totally locked down, frozen, not functioning, nothing. File Savers was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I was given frequent updates to the status. They were able to recover all of my files from a drive with a malfunctioning reader. I asked for and received a list of files before payment to see what I was getting back. I would use File Savers again and recommend them to others!

You see, I don't have the advantage of being computer savvy because I'm old!! I don't use a computer every day and have wanted to take a class forever! So when my old laptop died on a road trip, I had to have my pictures. File Savers Data Recovery was recommended to me by Mike Gourley of Quality Computer Services in Cedar Rapids, IA. He said, "It isn't always possible but if anyone can do it, it will be them." That was his review. He was so right. John Poulsen was so helpful! Money well spent for memories saved. That's especially important today because my memory is fading. That's life, but digital pictures are forever...
