I hired Speck to clean and check chemical levels on our pool and was told by Mark Lester a cleaning schedule/agreement would be sent to me. Because of who built our pool Speck apparently didnt want to do any upgrades or maintenance but I was assured that they could still do the cleaning. I was fine with thisbut with zero communication they just stopped coming and we came home from a week of being out of town to a pool filled with algae. I sent him pictures on June 17 and asked if anyone had been coming out and because read receipts were turned on I could see that hed received and viewed my messages. But he still never responded. It took a phone call into the office today for him to send me a message that he was advised not to do any work on our pool. Why that couldnt be communicated from the beginning is beyond me, but now months later Im dealing with having to find someone else when clearly I should have never called Speck in the first place.
Am I capable of cleaning our pool, yes! BUT, we travel a lot so this was the easier routeor so I thought. Im so disappointed in the service and communication (or lack of) from Mark Lester.

This is our second year contracting with Speck USA for pool services. Wade has helped us select and install upgraded pool equipment that is far more quiet, energy efficient and keeps our pool sparkling better than ever before. We also signed up for their weekly pool cleaning and water testing services and they do an incredible job. Highly recommend!
