Been shopping here for years and have bought alot. Walked in today wearing a sweatshirt and sweatpants and apparently I looked like someone who doesn't shop there. The guy told me that Buckle is known for their jeans in a condescending tone. I informed him I know that and have lots of jeans from there. He then didn't care to help me anymore. This store was so much better when they had employees who were laid back and knew how to talk to customers. Seems like anymore they just push you into a dressing room and throw things over the door until you buy something.

Stopped into Buckle today with the intent of wanting to look at jeans and maybe tops. An employee greeted me right away and asked what I was looking for. Helped me find the product and my size which was all fine. As soon as I was in dressing room she kept handing over more jeans to try on then shorts then tops. Items I wasnt even interested in shopping for. I felt smothered and it ruined the whole experience for me. I would have loved to look around the store more and actually be able to shop. But I bolted for the door after that experience. I have shopped at Buckle before and never had that bad of an experience.

Review is for AL...he was super helpful with finding what I needed without being pushy. Turns out he served our country in the Army. Very nice guy. If you come in here looking for clothes, ask for him. I never leave reviews for a clothing store, but Al made my visit in here more than just shopping for a few shirts.

Went in there yesterday & they had Spanish music was BLARING soooo load you couldnt hear anything else.
The girl who helped me was literally so rude & didnt understand what I meant by wanting a hoodie.
This store has really gone down hill.
