John drove to Mediapolis on a Saturday to help me with my AC. Fixed it within an hour and it didnt cost a ton.

My furnace stopped working late Saturday night. The next day I called and talked to John and he was very prompt and made it over the very next morning. Issue fixed in no time and I have heat again! Highly recommend! Service: Heating system maintenance

They were quick to come out and install my new AC /heating system. However, don't expect much from them after they get your money. John said that my home warranty company should cover some of the cost of replacing my system. I paid him in full and he was to make ONE phone call to the home warranty company to try to help recover some of the cost for me. He did not do that. He lied and said he did and he said he would send me the names of the people he talked to. He did not do that either. He said he would mail me a receipt for my new AC/Heating system. He did not do that. I was not given any information about the products I purchased, no warranty info, nothing. I have a brand new AC / Heating system but don't know anything about it. No manual, nothing. I asked him to mail me the info on my new unit and he didn't respond...twice. I wouldn't use them if you want someone honest who will provide you with great service after the sale. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC
