My husband Larry & I just purchased a 2024 Imagine 23LDE at the Webster City location. We couldnt be more pleased with EVERYTHING about the entire experience. This experience is in STARK Contrast to our previous experience!! - (in 2019 we purchased a new camper from a different place in NW Iowa and we were never treated well not friendly at all!!! it was the only place that had the exact camper we wanted but we will NEVER purchase there again) Good Life RV will ALWAYS be where we go for all our sales, parts & service needs! (unless were out on the road on an adventure ) From the moment we stepped into Good Life RV-Webster City we were greeted with a smile, asked how we could be helped, and then introduced to Morrie. Morrie took the time to ask questions in order to find out our camping style, our needs, etc., to get a good understanding which camper would suit us best. He is super friendly and not a high-pressure salesperson. We believe he truly cares about the customers he is helping. When we came to finish paperwork and pick up the camper, Everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful and made us feel like we were more than just a sale. Connor gets an A+ in customer service working us into the tech schedule, etc.; Chris, our service tech, did an excellent job with the walk-through explaining all about the camper features, installing our rear camera, distribution hitch, etc. Madison was very helpful making suggestions of parts options we may not have thought about without being pushy. She was a delight to work with. Nick helped us with the financing process. Hes very knowledgeable and helped with recommendations as well as being honest about some things we may not need. Honestly, even the people we didnt meet by name all had a smile and a hello when we were at the parts counter or walked through the service department. Morrie followed up with us the next day to see if we had any questions, and to make sure we didnt have any issues on our way home with the camper, etc. Again he expressed care for his customers. It is truly appreciated, and we feel like we have a friend we can count on whenever needed. All in all if youre looking for a camper Good Life RV in Webster City Iowa is THE PLACE TO GO ask for Morrie!! 5 STARS!!!!!

Good old-fashioned customer service is still alive and well, at Good Life RV in Webster City! Ken Jepsen is not only chuck full of knowledge, he is thorough, and shared our excitement with us, as he guided us in finding our first camper. This is our third camper for Webster city. We live in Fayetteville, AR and drove 8+ hours to purchase or camper from Steve L. He and my husband had been chatting via text and we just felt comfortable driving that far and purchasing from Steve L. Funny thing some of the employees remembered us from our first purchase in 2005 and made us feel like family all over again. Everyone in Webster City is amazing and we will definitely drive there again when we need another camper. Thanks Steve L:)

Our salesman Ed made the process of choosing a camper easy & making the switch to a 5th wheel even easier! Big thanks to Nate for getting everything we needed for our truck & Calen doing our walkthrough inspection with us & providing some temporary under cabinet lighting. Great staff & great experience! We love our new camper!
