So many mess ups and miscommunications, that its embarrassing. Today, for instance, they have told me three different messages about a single prescription. I was told it was ready, then it wasnt, then they dont have it, all in three hours time. Multiple cars have left the drive through line since Ive been in it. It took me forty five minutes to get what I could, and I was third in line. The poor people at the end of the line will be having one hour plus waits. I never leave reviews, but avoid this place!

Worst customer service in town--not the fault of the staff. Go to Medicap. You pull right up in front of the door you walk in 25 feet and they immediately take care of your needs. I am here for a neighbor who is 95 years old & who has tried to call all day long and they will not return her calls. I dont usually shop here and this is why. I am number 13 in line, and we are all standing very close to one another, and yes this is the Pharmacy area, where sick people come to get their meds, where we get our COVID shots, etc. The employees look worn and ragged. Meanhile, just 30 feet away, is a huge area of the store dedicated to selling BATH BOMBS. It is obvious that management needs to reassess their allotment of space, and do what's best for their customers and employees, and remodel the pharmacy area utilizing the total square footage available in a way that is best practice.
