I would not recommend working with Katie. Other people i know have had a good experience with other staff, but we ended up getting stuck with her. During our house build, she did not place our order in a timely fashion and had to be reminded to do so. She messed up our order multiple times. In the end we are still missing items she claimed to have ordered. Poor follow through and follow up. If you go to Plumb Supply request someone else so you don't have this disappointing experience.

Parts counter was rude and didnâ€™t want to help find a part on a unit I was looking for even though theyâ€™re the distributor for this company. I will not be using their services unless there is no other option.
