Pancheros Mexican Grill - Waterloo

Stopped in and the staff was acting like they didn't want to do anything. Prep station was disgusting, food looked dryed and old as if it had been sitting out for a long time. They were out of veggies and acted like they hadn't noticed they were, so no veggies. Got my food and left, ate and about 12 hours later got sick. Was sick for 4 days probably from old rice that had been sitting out too long. Should have gone with my initial reaction and walked out.

Recently, I think the Waterloo Pancheros has improved their services and are now better than the Cedar falls one. They had a very long line today and kept up with all of the customers. We got our food quick and the employees were very nice! Will be coming back

Ridiculous wait times, dont bother going to Waterloo Pancheros waited for almost 35 mins for food. While there was a worker eating behind the counter while there was 4 people waiting for a pickup.

After about 10 minutes in line to get a burrito, clerk reveals this Panchero's somehow ran completely out of queso, which is basically the only reason to eat here. I won't be back.
