Great group of volunteers helping those in the community get on bikes. They have a nice collection of used bikes for sale that are fairly priced. Also a nice place to stop and get some spare parts.

I bought a bike from them about a year ago. It was used but in good condition. Every time I had a problem or a question about something about the bike. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I had a few problems fix for free. Recommend to everyone I know.

Brother went in to look into the volunteer service where you get shown how to build the bike and volunteer for 20 hours. Two mechanics argued loudly with the front desk person about how "showing someone how to build a bike means [they] would be building the bike [themselves]" and how that means they're not building other bikes in that time. Mechanics don't want to do their jobs and.show people how to.repair and maintain a bicycle despite the company's offered service. Very unprofessional.

Went in to see about help to assemble a bike. They took the time to look it over, give a cost estimate for parts, discussed their programs & costs, & suggested that the best option for the money was to buy a reconditioned one they had. Very helpful!
