        Where do I start? Personally stay somewhere else. I sat at checkin for roughly 5 minutes before someone even showed up to check me in even after I used the phone like it asked to call for help. The pool was down when I was told it was open before I booked it. So then at that point I had 4 upset kids. The location and the pool were the only reason I chose this place because our next day destination for our reason of stay was 15 minutes away. The lights on the bed didnt work. Oh heres the best thing yet (not really) there was a cockroach in our bathroom climbing the wall at 5am. See attached video and photo. (The Video wont attach for some reason) I see why the price was cheap now. They definitely set me up for failure. Food & drinks: Close to a Hy-Vee gas station and grocery store. (5min walk)

        Customer service is good but the hotel's resources don't let you progress! They need to fix a lot of things in the rooms!

        Decently priced when youre in a pinch, hell of a lot better than the other local alternatives, never seen any pests, beds were free of bedbugs, at least in my room. Id stay here again if I had/need to. Rooms: You get what you pay for, but absolutely nothing wrong with them. Food & drinks: Grocery, gas station, 3 different restaurants
