My family and I transferred from one Farmer's office to this one, and it's been one of the best decisions we've ever made. I couldn't be happier to recommend the entire staff and people here. They were able to beat competitor's rates, but I don't think that's the most valuable aspect. Specifically, Michelle read our old policies and found out we were paying for unnecessary coverage, as well as finding things uncovered that needed to be. Getting a good price is important, but truly having your needs met is even more valuable. Having confidence in your agent to insure you properly is a must. I would highly recommend, if someone's even on the fence about switching agencies, at least meet them and have them read your policy to make sure you have appropriate coverage.
