        This festival has its enjoyable moments but is not what it was during its 1980's/90's glory days. The parade was fun to watch. People in the Park had some really good bands. The food was OK, but they used to have a lot more ethnic/international vendors which I miss. Nice to see the addition of the car show and the return of several arts and crafts vendors this year. Prior to about 2004 they had a Renaissance Faire, which used to be a signature event and which I still miss. I wouldn't mind seeing the laser/fireworks show return either, but they need to either find a more accessible venue or provide off-site parking with shuttle service because the airport grounds get very congested when trying to exit after an event.
