I just wanna give a huge shout out to Gabe Jordan. He’s an all star. Great employee and a good soul …. He was there one time when a friend needed help and called y’all. And he’s amazing. That man needs a raise!!!!

I use Scott Jordan Electric for my remodel jobs. He is always on time for my appointments, and always does a great job. He has done four complete bathroom remodels with multiple inspections for me in both Waterloo and Cedar Falls, and gets in on time and on budget. I always call him first, and he always hits his quote right on.

I called him and set up a time to be here. I had to call him an hour after he was suppose to be here. He had forgotten about our appointment. He called later, he was at the wrong address. I asked him to give me a quote on work I needed do e, he came and looked at the problem. Then told me he could send a man out at an hourly rate to fix the problem....he never gave me a quote to fix the problem.

Contracted w/Scott Jordan Electric to replace underground electric line. Scott never checked OneCall for other underground lines, wound up slicing thru two other wires. MidAmerican Energy wanted me to guarantee to pay for repairs - they gave "unspecified reasons" why they didn't believe Jordan Electric was good for bill. Scott had us pay half up from for new wire that MidAmerican refuses to connect - says Scott bought cheap wire inadequate for the job. Scott Jordan Electric is no longer returning our calls or messages and has burned me for over $6000. Will be contacting Waterloo Police, IA Attorney General and IA Electricians Licensing Board.
