I just personally believe their standards are way to high when it comes to background checks cause there are many people that has eviction on there background but yet no one gives them a chance to even prove themselves... yes I don't have the best background but no one ever allows someone to tell their side of the story it's just judgement to say I wouldn't be able to rent to you not knowing if I have everything in line to pay an keep the property up to part likes it's supposed be because you can't just say someone isn't fit for something if you only go off their back grounds pretty much judging a person for make a mistake or even not know how to go about something or even not even know you had something one your background an it's really just not this company it's a lot of them out there including this one

Cedar valley 4 rent is a fraud and I feel that they rather do more for their own people other than people of color even if you make enough money to pay the bills for the month out of one weeks pay they'll have a reason to use for not approving your application. THEY ARE ONLY FOR THEIR OWN.

Very unprofessional management I canceled my lease 2 months earlier I paid 2 months rent and completely clean apartments but after that they charge me 165$ extra they said notclean frooring and behind fridge , behind staves etc I am not happy this management I do personally cleaning but They charge me extra

I used to work for these people and let me just tell you that they pretty much buy up these properties on the low and then rent them out for an outrageous amount. My job was to go in and clean out the houses of the old tenants, and with my experience, these houses are pretty much falling apart, but what they do is blame the people that were living there for the damages that People to court to sue them. These are just very shady people, and it would be best not to even deal with them it will save you a lot of money and anxiety. Also, if you report any problems, they will take the cheapest fix that they can and if youre not satisfied, they will just end up blaming you for it. Straight Shady
