This use to be a super 8 many years ago. I was in town visiting friends. We stayed 3 nights. The place needs some TLC. The carpet in the rooms is old and extremely dirty. The bathroom ceiling tile had mold, the exhaust fan looked like it had never been clean. The linens looked to be clean so that was a plus. The breakfast was nothing fancy, they say hot breakfast but only thing hot is waffles, rest is cereal, muffins, bread, and drinks. The people who own it were nice when checking in. There is a nice walking trail near by so that was a perk. Overall it wasn't horrible but I have definitely stayed at nicer but it reflected the price. This place didn't cost us much so it worked. I think I will try the Hawkeye hotel down the road next time.

My dad stayed here when visiting. For the low rate, his expectations were exceeded. Room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was good. My dad said he would stay here again. The Kewash Trail was just yards away. The place could use some updating, but that would be the only criticism.
