I'm a relatively new home owner and found my first bat in the basement and wanted to have it removed, see about if there were more, and figure out how it got inside. Cory came the same day, we found the bat and he removed it, and he provided a reasonable quote on what steps he could take to mitigate future entries. He described the season and what behavior likely lead to the bat gaining entry. I was very impressed with his friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism, and will definitely call him in the future if the situation presents itself. Cory is a top notch guy. Came to my home on the same day we talked on the phone. I had an unknown bat issue and wanted Cory to come and take a look and give me his thots on the situation. As it turns out, Cory believes the home is fairly well protected and must have been a random issue. It's very refreshing to know that I'm dealing with a professional who isn't interested in selling you something you don't need.
