    If I can give you no stars I would. We switched to us over a year ago! Thought I was ok up until 2 months ago. My phone would constantly go to sos. Went to the store to figure it out why it was going like that. The worker gave me a new sims card and took me off 5g. Ok cool i guess. Still was having problems with it the next day. Im a full time college student and I cant even get on to do homework because my phone wont work half the time. Anyways went back in the next day still having problems same thing another worker clears what Im assuming my data usage to start over. Was fine until I went to Walmart went back to sos. We went back to the store a third time. Got someone who wanted to help us. She called customer service and the lady from customer service was like not our problem its apples problem. Called Apple the told us it the phone companies problem we just got the run around. The lady who actually helped us said call insurance and see if they can get you a new phone. Well we called Apple again they helped me figure it out again. Havent had a problem up until 12/6 11:30 pm both my husband and I have been on sos. Not even a warning or something saying it gonna go out for awhile or anything. We are paying $235 a month for me to have nothing but problems with my phone. Mind you I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max. Us cellular get people in your store willing to help someone. We pay good money for a phone we cant use half the time. Especially me I have so many problems with my phone now. And the store before they will do anything you have to have your phone paid off. What ls the point of paying the phone off if Im having nothing but problems. I should of stayed with straight talk. I had no problems with them. Either do something different or Ill be switching.

    I have not had an issue with the store itself. I switched from Verizon to us cellular because they sounded like a good plan with the benefit of being slightly cheaper. It is the cell service I have issues with. Less than a week after switching, everyone in my area with us cellular was on SOS. Now it is happening at least twice per month for about 24 hours.The service is unreliable.

    Absolute trash. Garbage service. Garbage customer service. Worst experience ever. I'd had better experiences with Morse Code. This company will take your money gladly, but when you pay off your phone and they tell you "it could take 72 hours for your phone to be unlocked". wouldn't recommend US Cellular to my worst enemy.

    You're 5g is literally worthless. Fix it or go back to the 4g that works. I'm tired of paying a phone bill and not even be able to make a call when on 5g. It wasn't bad when we had the ability to shut 5g off

    The waiting is ridiculous. The service is ok, once you get waited on. The cell service is as good as Verizon. But the internet reception is not good
