        Worst Napa store I have ever been to in my 40 years of using them for parts. Will never step in that store again!

        Gabriel as a manager could care less about his job. Have a semi broke down in Storm Lake Ia 1.5 miles away from NAPA. After over an hour of nobody showing up with parts which they said theyd be there in five minutes my driver called store back. Yep parts sitting on the counter and the delivery person is gone for the day so were not delivering them. Are you kidding me. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive had in years at any store. Excuse after excuse. Avoid this Napa store at all means.
