        I originally called lite over a month ago. Did get a gal on the phone. Very short with me but she did get me a quote. I asked for a change to a couple windows to follow. No follow up so I sent her a note telling them I intended to order with them but I was wondering if she had gotten to that. That was a couple weeks after. She replied nope. But no response. When I sent another email requesting to order with a few changes never heard back from anyone. I know customer service has gotten really bad, but I personally will Never use or recommend to my builders or friends this kind of company.
