I am sorry to hear about your experience, I believe you have us confused with anther location or company because we don't do Insurance company calls we are private service only which means we don't accept work for insurance with this location. There is another company in Iowa That does but I am sorry we do not. I will also tell you a lot of companies not just in our area but 97 of the 99 counties in Iowa Have been in and out of Tow bans in last 3 days and this is not decided by us its decided by the state police and we have no control over this inferentially it would be beyond a business control. Many years ago when we did insurance work we would find motor clubs telling people we were coming and not updating customers when they just auto-dispatch One of the many reasons we stopped doing that type of work 7 years or so ago while I don't know this case because it was not us or our call I just wanted to update you as this was not our company that would have been called for you because you would have been then one to call as that's private service and would have been in contact directly with our dispatch number 319-930-4357 if you was in contact with anyone else then it wasn't our company and likely directly with insurance as they use other numbers and advertise in the area and it again i assure you wasn't us an the not a interaction with our company. If you still need help or would like to talk to us our number is 319-930-4357 while there is a tow ban currently still we can put you on a list, I hope that you will reach out to us and talk with us to confirm this was not us and correct this review because it doesn't reflect us or the 25 years of business we have been doing this.
