**Update** Seems to be an all new store and kitchen crew. Ordered a couple pizzas through the app and they were ready on time. The pizzas were good. No complaints from the family. *Prior review* On three separate occasions I ordered using the app pizza for the family and no pizza. First time I get there (February 2022) when the app said to be there and the pizzas hadnt even been started yet, second time I get there (month later or so) when the app says to and again hasnt even started yet and they claimed they didnt know about the order because the printer was out of paper and the most recent (last month) I go when the app says to pick it up and they hasnt even started yet. Its always the same kitchen person when theres issues. On each occasion there was other people angry and waiting. Caseys corporate should be ashamed of this location as its performance is horrific.

The window washer cleaner containers were empty or extremely dirty. The squeegee was broken on one. There is litter everywhere outside. Overall, there appears to be no management of this store, which is not a normal experience at Casey's.

I tried to get to the hot food area, but had to walk around employees standing in the way. They were complaining loudly about something and I explicitly heard one of the women drop the "f-bomb" along with other derogatory comments. Definitely not something I was expecting to hear while trying to grab a quick breakfast slice. I actually asked the cashier if there was a manager present so I could say something and she pointed to the woman who was swearing. That level of unprofessionalism was completely appalling to me, especially in the middle of the store on a Friday morning. I will be going out of my way and visit Huxley or Ankeny from now on. From the other reviews I've read on here before deciding to post my own, this isn't the first time other customers have witnessed such foul language.
