Walmart Auto Care Centers

Had some lights replaced. Headlight and 3rd brake light was @ $38. With the headlight being about $12 online, it meant the brake light was charged out at @ $26... Got a pair of tires, they rotated the new pair with an identical pair I bought the previous Spring. Nobody bothered to mention coming back to have the wheels retorqued. When I came back the 'mechanic' spent 5 to 8 minutes arguing with me that he only needed to retorque the two rims with the new tires. Did he really believe that you are retorquing the rubber??? It's the lug nuts that you are insuring the tightness, dude.

I called walmart and asked them to order two tires. A couple days later I got a call saying that the tires were in so I made an appointment. When I got there, they couldn't find any evidence of my tires and said they had never been ordered despite my messages on my phone that said it otherwise.

Price is cheap, so everyone comes here. I came a few minutes after opening and the wait was about an hour to get to my vehicle. By the time my car got seen, the wait was past noon. When my car was done half hour later, I heard them say it'd be 4pm. Get here early or plan to spend your day wandering the aisles.
