        I have had to send new hires here consistently for drug-tests or for TB test chest x-rays. I have always have the best costumer service, and incredibly polite help.

        Tammy the nurse at this location is very hard to contact. Never in her office and hard to reach via phone. She is very rude lacks compassion for others and very cut throat. Horrible customer bedside manner and customer service is very lacking.

        Called in beforehand to ask if they could fill out a sheet for documentation. They had said they could. When I came in and paid to have it filled out, they weren't able to fill it out fully as stated. Terrible place, pick somewhere else if possible.
