Twice now Ive went here and sat for nearly 2 hours to find out that because of my meds I dont qualify. Thats fine, but you couldnt ask me about meds during the phone screen!? Instead, they made me drive a 65 mile commute to say no. Waste of time.

Meridian clinical research not velocity. I just finished an 8 month study for flu vaccine. They are manipulative and use illegally deceptive practices in my experience as follows; they don't payout for every referral yet they make it seem like they will, they didnt tell me the day of any of my 9 appointments that their "machines are down for paying" until after they steal my blood make me wait for two hours and then I go up front expecting to get paid and all I got from the old crones up front was them passing the guilt saying "machines are down we will call you when we can pay you." I believe strongly that I should have been told all four times this happened before I even came in they knew the machines were down but purposely didn't tell me so they could get my blood without a fuss. Because they know if the customer knows they aren't really getting the $160 I was promised today. And now for my last visit same thing machines are down but worse because now my card they gave me is expired, the card they gave me 8 months ago, is already expired and instead of telling me months ago or giving me a card that didn't expire before the end of my 8 month trial, they pretend like nothing's wrong, it's very deceptive. If I had the money I would sue them. The younger ladies seemed nice. Phlebotomy was horrible, took up to 8 different pokes from 5 different nurses. Instead of giving me the nurse who is experienced cuz my veins are rollers they just let their new people practice on me without warning me or asking me first. I overheard several of the caucasian crones talking very racist against blacks. There's no o tv or reading material in the waiting room. No water. There was only one guy worker and at least ten white women. Just giving my experience, yours might be different but I feel the need to warn future ppl about their deceptive practices. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody I would recommend go to BioLife. Thank you. Also, i Will update if they ever do pay me the $160 for the blood they stole from me earlier today. Sincerely, Ryon Crisp

10/10 Wonderful experience. If you end up with Carly as your vampire for the day you won't be disappointed, she's amazing! Payouts were always timely, calls were quick and concise. I'll probably be back for another study soon!
