I went in with my boyfriend to look at a ring I saw online, and Tanner assisted us throughout our stay. I told him I was probably only going to get the ring I had previously picked out (and I did), but he took us around the store to look at other things because of course I like to look at things (and he enjoyed showing us the stuff). I could tell he was a little nervous at first encounter, but he warmed right up to us and was super helpful and kind. He said he had only been working there for a little over two months, and to me, he seemed like he'd been doing this for a while. I hope that he is working next time we decide to go into the store; he was awesome! As someone who works in customer service, I know it can be a difficult job, but we had a really great experience. I also love my ring! I have had it about a week now and wear it every day. I hope I can grow my collection soon. :)

It was my pleasure to purchase an engagement and wedding ring from Helzberg Diamonds. Throughout the entire process, Kalie, Tanner, and the rest of their team exceeded our expectations. The staff was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Helzberg Diamonds has excellent service and great prices, I will return for all my jewelry needs.
