A couple of items went missing from my room and when I went up to report it I was told no one had been in my room but I noticed the bags in the trash cans in the room had been changed at some point while I was gone. In the bathroom you could see a decent sized black spot on the ceiling above the tub and the shower curtain rod was barely hanging into the wall.

Told the front desk when I checked in that I would be having a birthday party and they never said anything I asked if I could light candles for a cake they told me no then complained that I was having a birthday party when they never said I couldnt

Rooms had a sour smell to them. The shower head was broken and was very abrasive and uncomfortable. We asked the staff to fix it and they said they would, but the next night it was still just as bad. Pool floor is chipping and paneling on walls is falling off. They need to do some maintenance. Pillows are very small but the bed was comfortable. Close to a lot of stores and food options. Noteworthy details: Okay for the price, but we will stay elsewhere next time.

Spend your money else where. Although the staff was friendly and the only reason Im giving 2 stars, the overall experience was not pleasant. The check in experience was quick and painless but after is when it went downhill. Once upstairs there was a weird musty smell in the hall. The carpet in our rooms had stains all over, the tiny bottle of shampoo was half full and already used. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever sat on and the pillows were as tiny as throw pillows for a couch. As we ventured down to the pool, the pictures on google are misleading as there is no hot tub, hardly anywhere to sit (we sat in a windowsill) the pool was very small, over crowded, the area was very dirty, and it didnt seem like there was ANY ventilation. We booked our stay for one night but ended up checking out at 12:45am as we were very grossed out by the many stains on the carpet and lack of cleanliness. Spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else if you can.
