They don't help you at the counter, they say to use the kiosk. I get they were busy but to not even acknowledge customers at the counter is rude! At least 3 people came up and had to yell hello just for a simple request like a cup and the worker acted very bothered to have to grab a cup.

I placed my order at the drive-thru on Hamilton in Sioux City. At the window, I asked to please add another potato. The young man refused, saying "We don't do add-ons at the window". Must be store policy. On that alone, I won't be back. I'm not driving around the bldg a second time for an item I forgot. Also, I ordered two cokes. I received one, so I asked for the second. The young lady said, "you only paid for one". I looked at the receipt. She is correct - but I ordered two. So of course, they "don't so add-ons at the window" so I didn't even try to get her to make that right. There are a lot of fast-food options in this town. I will not return to taco bell. No help, no sale. Enjoy your window policy. I can see that it's more important to the company than my paltry $17.60. The workers were friendly. But the policy is not.
