        Brand new apartments were much needed here! This building used to be an old motel that was an eyesore in the area, but it has undergone a remarkable transformation since then. The units now have modern, high-quality finishes that make it stand out in the downtown area.

        Took a tour of the facility and they did an amazing job with renovations! The property was beautifully updated and manicured. The modern apartments were spacious and great for open concept living - viewed both the two bedroom and the one bedroom. They seriously thought of every detail when renovating this place, its clean and modern with great downtown views. Anyone would be lucky to call this place home. Cannot wait until the coffee shop opens up, talk about convenience!

        Our tour with Jamie was fantastic! The 1 bedroom unit we viewed had a very spacious layout, and the downtown location is perfect.
